Pipeline Coating

Welding
- As a manufacturer of steel process piping, our qualified SMAW Fabrication and Pipeline welding procedures encompass the welding of all diameters and base metal grades up to Gr. 483 for ASME B31.3 and CSA Z662.
- Additionally, we offer welding procedures for Thru-Kote (TK-69 & TK-99) and Cement Lined pipelines
- For welded steel construction (Metal Arc Welding), we are a CWB CSA Standard W47.1 certified in the Divison 2 company
- Our welding personnel are experienced and qualified to meet customer pressure piping and structural welding needs.

Pipeline integrity means ensuring a pipeline and all its related components are running properly. In short, it’s about keeping the pipeline safe for life. Everything is done to ensure pipelines are designed, built, and operated to be safe, reliable and sustainable. Challand Pipeline’s priority is on the safe, environmentally responsible operation of our pipelines. We perform integrity services such as integrity digs, investigative digs and replacement lines for existing pipeline infrastructure to confirm their ability for continual service, which is essential to the protection of our environment.
